Creative Project Manager
We're looking for a Creative Project Manager at Alpha Inbound!
We're a small and savvy ecommerce growth agency with BIG things ahead.
This Is (Probably) Who You Are
- You have experience working at an agency (hopefully ecommerce agency, but not a requirement).
- You understand creative strategy.
- You understand facebook ads.
- You have awesome communication skills, and you're thorough in everything you touch.
- You hit deadlines.
- You are great at removing bottlenecks to keep projects moving.
- You're good at building your own processes to make your job easier and more efficient.
This Is What You'll Do
This job is a blend of creative project management, creative strategy, client communication, and some role-side operations. The person we select for this role will be highly organized.
Manage Creative Projects
Every client has a creative project where we manage the flow of work from A to Z. We source creators inline with our client's ICP, reach out, hand them scripts, negotiate rates, get raw content, QA check it, hand it to our creative team for post production, and then load it into the client's ad account.
This process has a lot of moving pieces, and multiply that by 15-20 clients and you have a lot of checkboxes in your lane. Your attention to detail is A+++
Some of this role will be client facing when it comes to approvals, but most of it will be internal. You'll work closely with our creative team and growth strategist to see what needs attention and priority, and you're great at solving problems to move past bottlenecks and keep projects on time.
Internal Creative Strategy Calls
Creative Strategy Calls are where the magic happens for our agency. We analyze data, ideate what needs to be done, and take action after these calls with the goal to give our clients results.
You're adept at not only running at creative strategy call, but it's something you enjoy doing. You understand the levers to pull, and when to pull them when it comes to ads.
Growth Processes & Accountability
You enjoy building processes around your role and continually look for efficiency. We have an Operations Manager that will help you build some key systems around your role.
However, you're able to adjust on the fly, see where things aren't working, and make things better on your own because that's how you operate. You communicate well internally with our team. You're a "do first, ask for forgiveness later" type person who's savvy and knows what is most relevant to our clients and their relationship with us.
