About the Role
As a Creative Strategist at Alpha Inbound, you’ll lead the creative direction and strategic execution for client campaigns, ensuring each asset is aligned with performance goals.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, translating client needs into high-performing creative briefs, collaborating with internal teams and creators, and driving the strategic feedback loop based on real performance data.
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead strategist for assigned client accounts from onboarding through delivery
Lead client communication and calls, ensuring alignment on deliverables, priorities, and overall satisfaction across assigned accounts
Translate client goals into conversion-focused creative briefs (hooks, angles, specs, timelines) and provide direct feedback to editors/designers/creators
Own timelines and task tracking in Asana, ensuring smooth execution with minimal back-and-forth
Manage relationships with content creators; provide direction, feedback, and ensure deliverables align with brand and performance goals
Review creator content for brand and strategy alignment; conduct strategic QA (editors own technical QA)
Analyze performance data (Meta, Atria, etc.) to inform testing and evolve creative direction
Document brand preferences, tone, and feedback to ensure briefs and content align with client expectations and guidelines
Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure seamless creative workflows and QA processes
Contribute to internal systems like naming conventions, brief hygiene, and creator database management
Participate in retrospectives, quarterly planning, and check-ins with leadership
Continuously grow your strategic and performance marketing skillset to drive stronger creative outcomes
Qualifications
2+ years in a creative strategy, performance marketing, or account ownership role in an agency setting with a focus on eCommerce.
Strong background in eCommerce and direct-response creative
Comfortable analyzing ad performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPP, ROAS, etc.)
Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Asana, FileStage, Google Drive, and Slack
Excellent communication and client management skills
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and iterative performance analysis
Highly independent, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
